RPG purchased a 12-acre tract within Legacy West on the southwest corner of the Dallas North Tollway & Highway 121. RPG partnered with Britton Homes DFW to develop and build 127 custom homes, to be an urban-style home community. The development, which will be known as the Villas at Legacy West, will feature one, two, and three-story detached single-family villas ranging from 1,900-3,600 square feet with prices starting in the mid $600s.

Legacy West is a $2 billion, 255-acre mixed-used development (including retail, dining, residential, hotel and office spaces) and the latest expansion of the award-winning 2,600-acre Legacy Business Park, home to Fortune 1000 companies such as Toyota, Liberty Mutual and newly announced JP Morgan Chase. Plano’s booming Legacy West development is already the largest construction project in North Texas.
