There is a difference between living next door and being a neighbor. Phillips Creek Ranch was designed to foster a sense of community that goes beyond mere proximity. Here, residents live, play and raise their families alongside one another – building a brand of togetherness that extends beyond a simple street address.
Located on the renowned B.F. Phillips Ranch property, the community includes more than 100 acres of green space, lakes, parks, an extensive creek system, and a community bike-sharing program that encourages families to utilize it’s 18+ miles of paved and view-soaked hike and bike trails. Residents also enjoy amenities such as a junior Olympic lap pool as well as a children’s beach-entry pool and a 2,020 square-foot fitness center. An open-air pavilion and community lawn offer regular concerts, events and movie nights for residents to gather and get to know their neighbors. The same can be said for the new Texas Backyard which features horseshoe pits, a bocce ball court, sand volleyball court, grills, patio swings and a fire pit.
Phillips Creek Ranch has a strong passion for art and beauty. This, coupled with its rich history and legacy of the B.F. Phillips quarter-horse ranch, led us to pay homage by featuring 25 life-size bronze horse sculptures throughout the community. Each sculpture, finished by a Dallas-based artist, weighs over 1,000 pounds.
