The community was developed on the former site of Electronic Data Systems “EDS” world headquarters. 68 of the 177 acres were set aside for permanent greenbelts, lakes, jogging trails and swim pavilion. During development, the project also featured an extensive tree preservation and relocation program that generated positive media press, increased buyer traffic and raised homes values. Filled with custom homes priced up to more than $3 million, this infill project is one of the most exclusive communities in Dallas.
